How long will it take for my item/s to arrive?

Please allot 2-4 days for your item to be printed. Your item is then shipped immediately after printing, so it typically takes 7 business days for your shirt to be shipped and delivered to your doorstep. Your item will be shipped via USPS.

How do I know that I have made my purchase correctly?

You will receive a confirmation email after you have completed your purchase. If you do not receive an email, contact us at hbcumadelove@gmail.com, and allow 1-2 business days for us to address the issue.

Can I track my order?

You will receive an email when your order has shipped. You will be given a tracking number which you can use to find out how soon you will be receiving your order.

*Any items lost in the mail due to USPS is out of our control.*


If you would like to cancel an order, please note that there is a restocking fee of $10. We will take this from your cancelled order original payment.


What is the return policy?

All sales are final. Here are a couple of things you can do to make sure you have a smooth shopping experience.

  • 1. Check our size chart to get a good idea of what size will be best for you, or the person you are purchasing for. Some of the items are specifically sized for “Ladies” and some are Unisex. You will see who the item is sized for in the description below the item. Be sure to view the appropriate size chart.
  • 2. Double check to make sure that you have entered your shipping address correctly in order to avoid your package reaching someone else’s doorstep.

    Are exchanges possible?

    We will only do an exchange if we have made an error, for example you received an incorrect or defective item.

    If you need to return an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at hbcumadelove@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
